Hike

This is a part of my “Things I wan’t to do” posts. They are things that inspire me, things that I would some day like to experience.

I would like to hike, in difficult terrain where the views are dramatic and extraordinary. Like here, northern part of Sweden, called Sarek. Or in Nepal.

I really want to do bikram, I think its very good for flexibility and balance. The picture above is the bikram-series that you do in a well heated room (About 100F/40C). The ashtanga-yoga I do right now I love and I think it actually requires more strength then bikram. Whenever I get a time slot, bikram is on! I love to try out new things and vary my workouts, I don’t think I could do 4 days a week of spinning just because “I need to workout!” There needs to be joy and excitement in moving around and working out, for some, that might be spinning. For me, it’s a complete mixture of things. Skating, dancing, yoga, cardio that makes your heart race until you can hardly breath. Martial arts would also be awesome, maybe some day. :)
